About the Author
The authors both have been involved fashion and jewelry world for many years. Joanne Dubbs Ball is the author of Costume Jewelers, The Golden Age of Design (Schiffer, 1990), and Jewelry of the Stars, Creations from Joseff of Hollywood (Schiffer 1991) who lives in the Farmington Valley area of Connecticut. Dorothy Hehl Torem is a fashion consultant, photographer, graphic artist, and jewelry and accessories designer who has residences in New York and Rhode Island. She is a principal in the companies of Fancy Goods, Ltd, D.H.T. Ltd., and Two Faire, Ltd.
