About the Author
Patrick McDonnell has contributed illustrations to publications such as the New York Times, Forbes, and Reader's Digest. He coauthored Krazy Kat: The Art of George Herriman, considered the definitive work on this classic strip. Today McDonnell lives in New Jersey with his wife, the real-life Earl, and Mee Mow the cat.
