About the Author
Peter J. Dowling is Pro Vice-Chancellor of the Division of Business, Law & Information Sciences and Professor of International Management & Strategy at the University of Canberra, Australia. His previous appointments include the University of
Tasmania, Monash University, the University of Melbourne and California State University at Chico. Denice E. Welch is Professor of International Management at the Mt Eliza Business School and University of Queensland, Australia. Previous teaching appointments include the Norwegian School of Management, Oslo, and Monash University, Australia. She has held visiting positions at the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration, Finland and the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
