About the Author
Wayne Lonergan is a partner in the corporate finance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He possesses more than 30 years of professional experience in corporate finance and valuations work and has been responsible for assignments for both public and private companies as well as various government departments. He is the national president of the Securities Institute of Australia and is a longstanding member of the Australian Accounting Standards Board and the Companies and Securities Advisory Committee.
