About the Author
Dr. Jae K. Shim is Professor of Finance and Accounting at California State University,
Long Beach, and President of Delta Consulting Company, a financial consulting and
training firm. Shim received is M.B.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California at
Berkeley. He has been a consultant to commercial and nonprofit organizations for over 30 years. Dr. Shim has published numerous articles and over 50 college and professional books to his credit. Jae resides in Los Alamitos, CA.
